The pipe diameter is d1016mm, the steel grade is L485m, and the design pressure is 10MPa The main line pipe material is L485m, and the wall thickness includes 17.5mm, 21.0mm and 26.2mm, mainly 17.5mm. The wall thickness of hot bend includes 21.0mm and 26.2mm. The line works incude the construction of two new monitoring valve chambers (2# and # valve chambers) crossing grade highways for four times, high-speed railways for one time and high-speed highways for one time.
Two fullautomatic spreads and a combined automatic welding machine spread are scheduled for lot II. The three spreads are all of Xionggu automatic welding machines, with a total of 25 sets of pipeline fullautomatic welding machines (external welding machine: A-610/A305) and pipeline internal welding machine (A80640). After Xionggu technical service engineer arrived at the construction site, he conducted preliminary training for welders, including explaining the difference between Xionggu full-automatic welding and semi-automatic welding, as well as the matters needing attention in fullautomatic welding, then, carry out commissioning and maintenance, trial welding and parameter adjustment for all automatic welding machines of Xionggu pipeline, and cooperate with the project management to complete the data acquisition and commissioning of the welding data platform to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
